BCZ by Akansha is a contemporary fashion label founded by Akansha Gupta, a fashion designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI).
Rooted in creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality, BCZ by Akansha was created with a clear purpose—to design garments that feel personal, empowering, and timeless. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to balance aesthetics with comfort, functionality, and modern sensibility.
Akansha’s academic training at FDDI provided her with a strong foundation in design theory, garment construction, textiles, and the commercial aspects of fashion. This background allows her to approach design with both creative vision and practical understanding. From fabric selection to silhouette development and detailing, each garment reflects careful attention to quality and finish.

Return policy
All products at BCZ by Akansha are custom-designed and made-to-order, therefore returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos must be shared for verification.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
Cancellation & Refund
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.
Once the design or production process has started, cancellation is not permitted, as the product is made specifically for you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved returns due to manufacturing defects.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note: No refunds will be provided for custom orders once production has begun.
